The journey begins through the tunnel as the audience has a chance to remove themselves from the real world before stepping into the oceanic wonderland.

Set in Track 8 of the Carriage works this is a proposed design for the cure to apathy. The main concept being the exploration of the unknown
Through this exhibition the audience is able to explore the unknown space of the ocean. ‘Under the seas’ combines elements from the ocean to create an interactive experience with the audience. The use of Interceptory colour and olfactory elements, the space creates larger than life version of a sea floor.

The soft nature of the sea bed affords the audience the ability to climb and sit on the hill. The large shrubs become hiding spacing and areas ready for exploring.

After crossing the salt water river the audience is able to come to the security the anemone seat. Encouraged to climb into the tentacles and explore the 5m wide structure.
The audience once again crosses the river and exits through the coral wall.

Interoception sense
The whole space is able to be felt and touched the Anemone seat in particular, as the observers can climb into the seat and feel the tentacles around their body, giving a sense of a warm embrace

Olfactory Sense
The installation has a small river of salt water that omits the smell of the sea into the room.As olfaction is a very powerful sense this smell triggers memories the observers may have with the sea.
